Why Liberals Want To Silence Conservatives, Not Engage Them.

Just a quick note on Michelle Malkin’s book promotion appearance on The View; it was a prime example of why liberals do not want a debate. First of all, watching The View is painful.  In fact, I think they should run it down at GITMO.  Between Joy Behar’s hate and Walter’s elitism, I normally can’t hold my breakfast when I do happen to view The View.  However, I do like Whoopi in small doses.  Though I don’t share Golberg’s view, she can be, and for the most part, is intellectually honest and measured.  Behar is the nut job that I can’t stand.  She is a hard left, hate monger who is not only reckless but an absolute intellectual coward.  In an interview with her 2 years ago, I was only able to get in one question about some of her attacks before she hung up.  For the record, I was polite yet substantive with my presentation of the one question. Behar is no stranger to media and the talk format; she has been a fill in host for Larry King and a stand up comedian.  Since Rosie (Queen of Nice or radical hate filled conspiracy theorist; depending if you actually listen to what she says and does) O’Donnell  left The View, Behar has stepped up to be the vicious mouthpiece of Bush Derangement Syndrome victims.  She is very opinionated while coming off as aggressively ignorant lacking context, facts and reason in vocalizing her criticisms. Getting back to Malkin’s View appearance; Michelle Malkin simply squashed Behar.  Malkin was able to do this by staying on point and not letting false charges go unchallenged.  Whoopi Goldberg had to fess up that the researchers of The View wrote a question with a quote that was not in the book, and Barbara Walters rips commentator Glenn Beck for lack of journalistic professionalism?  This video should be heartening to anyone who wants honest entertainment and commentary.  It also clearly demonstrates why those on the left are scared to death of a fair debate and are always attempting to silence their critics rather than engage them.

The liberal left and TV “wealth” evangelism are very similar. The “pie in the sky” evangelism says, “send me your money, and it will be sent back to you multiplied from our God.” The liberal left says, “vote for me, and I’ll use my vote to get you free stuff from our government.” Both ridicule conservative Christians, who, in trying to be truthful and honest, say, “I can’t promise that you will have smooth sailing, but I can promise you an every-lasting joy and peace with our Almighty God.” The “pie in the sky” and “free stuff” never materialize. But God does come to the believer, and never leaves them - not ever.

Hey Crane, I couldn’t agree with you more. I truly want to vomit every time I see the View on TV. I rarely ever watch it.

The last time I watched the View was when Glenn Beck was on and couldn’t believe the way he was treated. Mind you, I really shouldn’t have been that surprised.

After reading your post and saw the Michelle Malkin was on, I had to check it out on youtube. I have followed Michelle’s blog for several years and have enjoyed her honest outlook. I have to tip my hat to Michelle. She held her own against 3 of the 4 people on the View. I haven’t read her book, but do plan to. I’m from Canada and even though Obahma is your president. Everything that happens in the US always comes around to Canada and will affect us too.

Because of shows like The View, I do appreciate my job even more. I go to bed early, 4 to 5 pm, and get up early, midnight to 2am. Thus, I have no time for watching tv. As I said, because of shows like this, I really to thank God for my job!!

You’ve earned my trust and can count me as a loyal listener. May God’s blessings be on your work and in your life.

    Crane:

I just want you to know that I have been so much more informed on public issues since listening to the show… I started listening when Michael Reagan was on.. You have made a difference in my life as to how I obtain my information. I am so happy to hear “Nothing but the truth” It is so rare these days. All we get from most of our politicians are lies and half truths. Thanks again for being so bold for Christ. We all need to be more like you and others on AFR talk radio.

    Sincerely,

    Kathy

    Hi Crane,

We just love your show and my husband and I never miss it We also agree with you that the View is a joke!!! No self respection woman would ever waste her time watching that liberal crap! Also on the Republicans wanting an apology from the Democrat that lied about the Republican healthplan, I would never want and apology from someone who didn’t mean it. That would be like a child that was told to tell his sister he is sorry for hitting her you would get a begrudged SORRY and he would run away!

    God Bless you Brother,

I watched your live program about “public education”, etc. It was very awesome, and factual as all get-out. Thanks for your truthfullness, and honesty about the sinful nature you, (we) all have and for doing your homework. You are becoming one of my heroes! I know you will not let that go to your head!!!!!!!!!!!!!
